个人简介(教育背景、工作经历)

松江区拔尖人才,上海理工大学博士生导师。1994年获得中国科技大学热科学与能源工程系本科学位,2001年获得新加坡理工大学机械与制造工程博士学位。先后在新加坡微电子研究所、美国超微半导体、道康宁公司担任高级工程师与研究员,2014年担任上海工程技术大学教授,指导硕士研究生20人、博士生1人,其中已毕业12人。担任ASME MNHMT 2016、 IEEE EPTC2014-2019 国际会议组委会成员。
